1. Digital Product Licensing & Usage Rights

All downloadable spreadsheets (.xlsx, .xlsm, .pbix, .pdf) purchased or downloaded from our platform are licensed for your individual and organizational use. You are permitted to modify, customize, and populate these files for your business reporting. Reselling or publicly redistributing our raw templates without modification is strictly prohibited.

2. Instant Digital Delivery

Upon completing payment via eSewa, Khalti, Stripe, or Bank QR, you receive instant access to download your files. Each download token is active for 7 days and allows up to 5 downloads per asset.

3. Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Due to the immediate digital delivery of spreadsheet assets and source code, all digital store sales are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If you encounter any technical corruption or formula errors, our support team will provide prompt technical assistance or replacement files.

4. Course Access & Verified Certificates

Enrolled students receive lifetime access to course videos and practice materials. Certificates are issued exclusively upon verified 100% completion of the curriculum.
